Hey Good morning America. it is morning here anyways.
Well there went another week in the mission, and it is only going to be getting faster! This week quite a bit of stuff happened and so I will try to get through it all.
Ok these photos are from last P-day. We went and played around on a mountain that is near by. Interesting fact for along time China and Taiwan took turns bombing each other, and so Taiwan built a ton of bomb shelters. And so in the back of this huge mountain there are a ton of these doors that go into the mountain. Anyway so my companion and I went bat chasing. Fun stuff! Also while we where there, Elder Michael and I found a place that we could go and play on.... fun stuff.
Ok then week when on slower than unusual for some reason. We had a busy week, or what looked to be a busy week at the start of it, but in the end we had a lot of people fall through or cancel on us. no fun.
Thursday night came and this is a big night because in zhubei the is an elder Erickson. He is from Idaho. He got a phone call saying that he needed to go to the mission offices because he was going to train. So on Friday my companion and Elder Erickson went to Taipei to pick up another missionary fresh from the MTC. Anyway another reason why this week was slow.
Friday night came and I think that I am staying for at least one more with my companion and then one of us will move. Come to find out Elder Haueter is moving to the other side of the Island and I am staying here. Also I will be getting a part time missionary, we call them duan2chuan4. This is a member who said that they are willing to go on a mini mission. Some times it is for two weeks, sometimes it is for a transfer. It depends on the mission, and what the needs are. So I do not know how long he will be here and I don't know if he can speak English, so this is going to be a great transfer. My Chinese is going to take off, because it will be like I am training a new missionary, but in a little bit bigger case in that he has not gone through the MTC and so it will be like starting from scratch. It is going to be fun I can't wait. I will meet him today at ten thirty, and so we will see what happens.
Thank you for the note on the song. It is a fun song and has a good lesson to learn. It is interesting what songs I remember. As we are riding down the street I will see, hear or smell something that reminds me of a song and so it is interesting what songs I have started to sing in my head.
Thank you for the photos, I had not received them, yet and so it was fun to see. haha I'm glad that my name is in the background so that I can pull that one. haha no he is cool kid. L you look GREAT!
Thank you for being such a great family. Thank you for helping C have a little party at our house. I'm sure that he is excited and ready to go. Also thank you for the little note on J. I have written him but I have not heard anything back, I hope that he is doing better.
This week I have been teaching a young man from China. Hong kong area. It has been interesting to see his views on God and what he thinks of who God is. I know that God lives and that he has a body, and that he Will help each of us! I know that.

I need to thank you for the Poppyseed cake that you send in your last package. I loved it as well as my companion.
I hope that you have fun watching conferance this week. Know that I will be thinking of you. I will see it in two weeks. And so.... Don't tell me. No I want to know who your fav speaker was. It is crazy next week is 6 months.
